There I was, bundled up from head to toe with layers of clothes and a heavy winter jacket to top it all off. It definitely wasn't that I didn't have a warm place to go, I just wanted to be here. Like most winter nights that I can remember throughout the south where I grew up, it was a cold starry night, the type of night that I looked forward too at the break of each and every new day.
